I actually think fishman folding aces pre was a correct play since at that point it really looked like his score is going to hold up which means another 50k and by calling there there's no way his making 50k in that pot even if he flops top set since his never getting paid with his current image even if he does over set them. He also loses the pot everytime he doesnt have the nuts considering his on scared money at that point and is folding to any pressure.

later in the same game he folded KK to shortstacked David Williams (who had AQ but that's not important) and that was probably a bad decision since he could put DW all-in pre. As for folding AA it was perfectly fine.

If he was afraid playing it postflop why not just ship the whole stack in preflop ? Seems better then folding :f_grin:

Big Game has a PL restriction preflop.

I heard somewhere that in the old days of Poker some players would fold AA preflop in order to get a read on how the table plays when two of the aces are accounted for. I'm sure I heard that somewhere, in the days when players would still fold KK utg, the glory days
