I´d bet 2.2$ on the flop and then put him also all-in on the turn
He would call you down with one pair hands, like 8x, 7x, also with draws (9T, 56, flushdraws), so you have no reason to expect that you´re behind and try to get away your hand

should i bet pot size turn?
- he has potsize left, so yes it is fine

if he check raises do i have a call ?
- yes, since as you saw he would not c/rai there for sets, so you´re mostly against draws
