I would not play stacks on the flop or turn, so consider that I would either just call him down with my tp hand or raise turn and check back turn.
If you bet turn I think with tp hand it is better to b/c, since he can really have there a lot fo draws and you get 56.1: 19.6= 2.86:1, getting 26% equity.

Did't really get what you mean with the first sentence? But as far as I understood 2nd I still should call his c/shove on turn?
