I don't like betting out in a 4way pot with a flushdraw on a paired board, and I c/c the river 100% of the time given flop/turn play and board.

(and yes this river is an obvious fold, you only beat Ax and only retards push those kind of hands on this board)

I wouldn't bet the flop. However, I like the river bet as he may check a weak ace behind, but will never fold to a bet.
