Grabbed by Holdem Manager
PL Omaha $0.10(BB) Replayer
SB ($4.40)
BB ($11.60)
UTG ($10)
UTG+1 ($15.44)
CO ($2.92)
Hero ($10)

Dealt to Hero 7♥ A♥ 9♣ A♣

fold, UTG+1 calls $0.10, fold, Hero raises to $0.45, SB calls $0.40, BB calls $0.35, UTG+1 calls $0.35

FLOP ($1.80) 8♣ 2♥ 6♠

SB bets $1.80, BB calls $1.80, UTG+1 raises to $3.60, Hero raises to $9.55 (AI), SB calls $2.15 (AI), BB folds, UTG+1 calls $5.95

Small samples on both villains, but so far both of them were pretty loose playing over 50% of hands.

Is this OK shove here with our equity? I run some simulations and even against two set we have 38% equity.

Looks great to me, overpair, outside straight draw and 2 backdoor flush draws. I'm pretty much always stacking off here and never ever folding. :f_biggrin:

I am not PLO expert and have a lot to learn.

1. I am axpecting that one of vilian have good rundown and hit the flop.
- you hae thie same outs for street draw - it is not so good!
2.If other vilian have 88xx with some more of your outs you are underdod SOMETHING LIKE THIS

you: 26%
vilian1:27%
Vilian2 top set : 47%

He protect his set with max bet - you must fold or call and pray ;)

provoman, there are many times when working out equities is important in PLO. This isn't one of those spots mainly because of your redraws. You are never going to be in super bad shape here with the draws you have (plus the overpair).

Yes, there will be times when you don't have the correct odds in a multiway pot, but those times it will be a marginal mistake. If however you folded when you did have correct odds, it would be a bigger mistake. The two things balance out over time and I honestly believe you can't consider a shove with this hand on this flop to be a mistake heads up or multiway.

(at least it isn't going to be a mistake that will impact your win rate that much, it's a very small mistake at worst). :f_biggrin:
