77 bluff catch OOP low board

He has low turn/river aggression, so think folding either is fine as he shouldnt be firing multiple barrels.

This could be reallllllllllly spazzy, but what;s your thoughts on making it 26ish pre after originally cold calling and the UTG calling the 3bet after what I assume is a weak open.

I usually 3bet right away vs the fish since we're IP.
Once you get squeezed on and the squeeze gets called I think 4betting is in fact very nice because there's a lot of dead money in the pot.
However, I prefer shoving it in for max foldequity.

As played I much prefer to c/f the flop. As you say your range is face up.
Additional to that you're OOP and the opponent has the initiative so you're basically on a pure guessing game about what he assumes about your folding- and calldown-tendencies and you will play for an additional 91bb - almost an entire stack.... while your hand is face up.
