First off id just fold it preflop.

But as played, i wouldnt bet out into this board multiway, maybe im betting out if we have A :heart:9 :spade:, however wen he raises turn i dont ever think hes bluffing, and at best we are going to split the pot, if not beat by Q9, or flush.

Postflop: Unfortunately you can't really Call the turn with your draw. You most likely will be there against strong made hand, he wont really ship it without having it. According his W$SD it seems that he has been winning anyways most of the showdowns which tells us that he most likely will have a flush there. So Bet/Fold it while you even haven't invested much into the pot.
