I paid his all in because on the preflop he just put the blind and after my raise he just paid, so I truly believed he had nothing after the cand was trying to get some money from me, but I was completely wrong :(

I did something wrong or the guy is pretty lucky??

Hello alemarborges,

Well, especially this case shows that he rather will have on flop a stronger hand. :) For that given part I might even consider rather folding it. Or at the best just Calling and reevaluating it on turn. Doesn't really make sense to min-3bet, what's the idea of yours with it? Try reading the articles and you will find out that raising such an amount will give him good odds for any draws.
