I didn't have much time to play today, so with last night I have ~20 games. I'm down 5-6 BIs. I seem to have forgotten how to flop a pair. All that drawing of cards made my flopping skills a bit rusty. I'm also a few BIs below EV, so all in all, my HUSNG "comeback" seems pretty ok.

I don't think any of the guys outplayed me, not by a lot anyway. I'll watch two more videos now, and go to bed.

One more losing day. I'm down 4BI for the day and 5 BI under EV, and ran AJ into AK twice. And this is in 10 games. Sigh... Pretty standard stuff I guess.

Watched another two videos, and I think I'm fixing some of my leaks. It doesn't help when I can't win a flip. I had a match where I got to 2200 chips, lost a flip, got to 2300 chips, lost a flip, got to 2000 chips, and lost another two flips to lose the game. Just lolled and opened another lobby. idk, I might just be to tired to tilt.

On the bright note, I must go to work tomorrow morning at 8, just to work for one hour with a recreational player. Go fu*k yourself, watch tennis on TV you midlifecrisisfuctard.

Now steady on....! If it makes you feel any better, I have to take the car to the garage (Again! FML) at 8am tomorrow morning.

Sorry, forgot you were one of those people having a midlife crisis

Well, I got up this morning, got ready, and when I was at the door, the guy called to cancel the training lesson. Of course I couldn't return to bed, so I'm walking like a zombie for the last two hours.

Well, after a pretty bad morning, I'm having an even worse afternoon. I just realized that I have to withdraw 200 euros to pay for some unexpected RL stuff. I already had big expenses in the past few months, and this just rubs salt into the wound.

That leaves me with the bankroll of ~100 euros, or 140$. That's 20BI for 7s, so I'll keep on playing them, but if I drop another 5BI, I'll have to move down to 3.50s.

On the flipside, having withdrawn some money made from poker, I'm a pro now _biggrin:

OK volume today. Also ran a bit better, although I lost KK<AA, KQ<QQ against a tilting fish.

I withdrew after game #3, so doomswitch crap doesn't stand Also, I'm still alive at the 7s. I now have a terrible headache, so will go to bed early, and maybe watch a film. I wish I could play more, I love Saturday evening fish :)

I slept in this morning, so when I wake up I reviewed my games so far, and found a few big-ish mistakes. But since they are big, it will be pretty easy to fix them, hopefully. Then I watched the F1 race, and played 3 games, winning them all.

I was satisfied with that good result, so I decided to study some MTT play. I am aware that they are not the best way to spend time, hourly-wise, but I'll be playing them tonight for another reason. To fix my biggest poker (and life) leak - impatience. I often overplay my holdings, because I'm not patient enough to wait for better spots. Hopefully folding 95% of hands in a standard MTT will help me overcome that.

I'll be playing some 7-8 micro MTTs tonight, both on stars and willhill. Maybe I luckbox a bankroll for the 15s.

Thanks, I'll try :)

So, I played less tournaments last night than I planned. I forgot there was Red Star's basketball game on TV, so I had to watch that first. Wish I didn't. Lost to the worst team in the league.

I mincashed in just one of them (4.40$, 4max, 1000 players capped). I quickly busted from the remaining 2-3 tourneys I played, so I played one table HU on the side. It was a good practice for multitabling, I think.

HU ended the day break-even. Not a very big volume, just 14 games.

Today I've played a few Regular speed tourneys, I think they agree with me better, because I think my strongest area is deep play, and weakest with stacks 10-25 or so where the most action of a turbo happens.

They last longer, but I can play higher stakes as my (perceived) edge is bigger. So I will attack 15s with 15 BIs. Or now, now seems good.

Very agresive BR.? Hope you will not broke..
Dont underestimate the variance bit..

Nah, I can't go broke. I will not lose 15BIs without dropping down a limit. I've played 6max cash games with fewer BIs that this :) This one actually has some merits in science.

Anyway, played just 2 15$s today, won one and lost one vs a biggest fish ever. I had 24 EV dollars won, and lost the match. AND it lasted 40 minutes. Also won a few 7$s before that, and a few 5$s on WillHill (gotta be silver).

So, tomorrow I have a test at uni, hardly studied, but it's the subject I already took at my previous school, so I'm reasonably confident. The day after I have another one, but it's probably the easiest subject, so no worries. But I really want to play poker, and I can't.

Hi, I'm back. Well I was never gone, but didn't have time to update.

Before everything else, I'm glad for all of you guys who have a lot of money on FT, finally getting it back.

I owned the two tests I had this week, 29/30 and 27/30. Also worked 5-6 hours every afternoon and evening, so you know my poker had to be put on hold. Basically, I didn't play at all until just now. I watched a few videos on endgame stuff, when we're <25BBs deep, and decided to put it to practice on a few hyper-turbos. These are only 3.50$, but obviously variance is huge _biggrin:

I'll play these for a few days to practice my endgame, and then back to the turbos. I will again use an aggressive BRM of 40BIs to take a shot and move down with 30 BIs.

Well, I guess it's time for an update if anyone reads this anyway.

Hurt my knee playing football on Saturday morning, and haven't played any poker since. It's part because I'm in pain and can't focus, and part because fuckin' Skyrim came out.

I got time off work, I guess no one needs a tennis coach that can't stand on his two feet, so I will try to play some this evening. I will watch two videos now, and put in a session after that. I'm close to the 40BI shot on the 7$s, maybe after one more good session on the 3.5$s, I'll have enough.

Less interested since you stopped playing 5CD, but yes, still reading. Go crush those HUSnGs!

Thanks. Good to see that you're owning the 5cd field :)

Not a bad day's work. Actually, two hours' work. Obviously ran great, have enough for 7s now, will try them tomorrow.

How is it possible to run so bad every time I try to move up?

So I had two shots on 7s today. First one failed, as I dropped 7 or 8 BIs in 10 games. Ran like shit, a few setups, a few suckouts, and it was back to 3.5s.

No problem, that was the always going to be the case with such an aggressive superturbos BRM. So I grinded it back up on the lower limit, running like god as always, and it was (nearly) time for another shot. I was 1/2 BIs short, but thought "what the hell, 1/2 BIs don't make a difference, I'll drop down as before".

This time I won 11/20, so basically I'm still "taking a shot". But to relieve some (I think non-existent) pressure, I'm not calling it "taking a shot". I'm calling it "playing on a limit my BRM allows me".

Funny thing was that I played last 12 matches against the same fish, managing to win only 6 due to him running like a boss. Well, like me on 3.5s _biggrin:

Also, 60 games today, an OK volume for me. Looking to play more than 50 consistently, and for the next 4 days while I'm not working, my target will be 300 games.

When I tried HUSnGs I managed <10 per day, which would explain a lot. :f_cry:

Well, these are hypers, and I can play >20 per hour.

I'll watch two videos now and then play. That is if I decide not to watch the NFL instead...
