Yes i followed it..i downloaded the software using pokerstrategy link.. i registered and put my account name on the box! it was check now!!

I recently registered with 888Poker through PokerStrategy.com.
Just after my first login i saw a popup window saying something like: "you are eligible for your $8 bonus, just click on the link in your provided email acoount".
The problem is, i have never recieved that email.
I have emailed 888Poker customer support about it and still didn't get a reply.
What can i do?

Have you checked the spam filter in your email account as sometimes it may end up in there?

If it's not, I would await a response from 888 themselves.

This promotion is country specific also so that maybe an issue. Keep us updated and we will see what we can do if nothing happens over the next few days.

I have been checking my spam and it is not in there. I am in the UK and my partner signed up the day before me and got the bonus, so I cant understand how I would not be eligible, as we did the exact same procedure and I do not have another account with them. They replied last night and just asked me to read the terms and conditions, as I may not be eligible, but seen as I got the pop up telling me that I was eligible I don't think this is the problem, I will however read the terms and conditions to double check ♠

Maybe because your partner availed of the offer then you are ineligible?

Best to ask their customer support as to why you are ineligible (if you are)
