Preflop: Why do you 3bet in first place while you have so loose opponents behind you neither you didn't mention anything about CO?

Postflop: Well, seems to be considerable but do you expect him ever to fold any pair/PP on such a flop? Another option would be to just consider Checking behind but with the GS it's considerable to do for the fold equity. Although I would still do it bigger ~$1,40 than make it half pot and make it look weak which may let him float there with weaker PPs. Otherwise not much to do, we are playing for the stacks.

Do you suggest betting 3/4 pot on so dry board? I would agree for about 60% if I am c betting - him to fold pp<8 and AK hands..

Well, how you gonna gain profit if he is even loose player postflop? If he ain't folding postflop that often then I don't like 3betting that much, especially I doubt that you did have enough of stats on the opponent.
