Hi everyone, i have passed the quiz and choosed to get 50$ on mansion Just one problem; its gone many many days and i havnt got'em?
I chosen the nickname "smmathi", but when i logged inn for my first time today i must change it becaus it was taken or something, maybe becaus my nickname is the same on betsson (ongame).

Anyway i changed it to -smmathi- NOW; must i chang my username somewhere on this site, or what do i do? why isn't the money there!?

EDIt: i see i dont have to change my username, becuas i have entered the "xxx-xxx-xxx...." username

Don't worry. There's nothing wrong with your account. What you "changed" is just your screen name. It won't affect anything. So you don't have to edit anything here. Concerning the tranfer process: as already mentioned by SoyCD, Mansion suffered from some technical problem lately, so it may take a little longer than usual for your account to be credited. Please be patient.

I talked to mansion supported; they said it was something that wasnt corect with the pokerstrategy and mansion account.. they said i should make a new account and do it over again with the correct code?

I have wait for like a week now.

In that case, please create a new account and then provide us with your new account ID. Don't forget to enter the bonus code 'PS150' while registering.

Yes as I said, there was a problem with the account you created at Mansion and the Bonuscode. Simply re-do the process and send a ticket to our support staff with your new information: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/

The old ticket which we sent you detailing why you hadn't received your money yet should already be visible in the ticket boxes.
