take a note about the BU play. i hope you understand now why i don´t have much respect for your opponents on this limit ^^
simply expert play... you always want to play AA in a family pot. flop call is excellent too... omg

So a check/raise as pfr in this situation is ok/good?

No it is not, you should have bet the flop as a continuation/value bet, you have a good hand and want worse hands to pay you off directly, when everybody checks it would be horrible.
