99 bad play

On turn there is full house draw and if opponent is raising your bet it is probable he is holding something. On flop he could be possibly slowplaying made straight (as he limped preflop in his range could be something like 23s, 67s) and on turn after your second bet could be raising for value. But here is also possible full house with limped suited connectors like 56s. So I probably wouldn't call his all in. Also he is short stacked, so he is probably having stronger hand than your overpair.

Postflop: Don't like your Bet/Broke on the turn at all. There are so many hands which beat you, I'd really rather give up my hand. Rather play your hand aggressively preflop than on such a board where it could be very likely that he has you even beat, especially after him min-raising you.
