You know, when we want to paste picture, most often its players statistics from hud in hand evealuation forums, its long way to do that - print screen, paste in paint, save on hard drive, upload to some image hosting and press image button and paste direct link.
I googled here is what I found, which you could also implement in forum software:
you just paste a picture and it uploads right away. Cool thing 
of course you would need extra space in your servrs to host images, but guess its not the big probelm for such big project
