flat rakeback is illigal, but a tier system is not (afaik). But a lot of new promotions will be launched first 6 months of 2012 from different sites to try and win the marked in denmark. Depending on your deal with the site (or your affiliates deal) you wont loose too much the first half a year but then we start loosing money since the danish government takes 20% of the rake and obv. they take it from the money going back to the players.
Biggest difference in the valueback will be that you dont earn flat rakeback anywhere, it will be in tier system, rakeraces, added value in mtts and stuff like that. So playing across 3-4 sites is not a good idea any more, you get max value from staying at one site.

we will play the same players as .com, it wont be like .fr and .it
The rake will be the same, but there might come some changes in the VIP system
