Ok so first session is done 
played for 2 hours these are my stats so far:
Hands: 578
VPIP: 28.3
PFR: 22.4
3bet: 3.2
Agg: 2.92
WTSD: 20.8
Are they good or bad? should I change something like 3bet range( looks way to small for me) or something like that?
There no real good or bad stats so long as they are in the general range of most winning players. Which your stats basically are. To fine tune, I would shoot for a bit less of a gap between your VPIP and PFR. And probably by bringing your VPIP down a bit. Everything else looks fine for this stake. WTSD is a bit low but the small sample size here will affect it greatly.
