What do you put him on? I think it's a weak Ten or a little better.
Am I right that this is never a call on the turn? Even if the flush hits I probably don't get much value as any spade gets him to slow down.
I think this hand is fine. Flop is really a matter of preference and villain dependent. If he doesnt bet limped pots with his air on the flop then leading is OK with draws and value hands. If he stabs any limped flop then I prefer a checkraise.
Turn is a definite fold, wp. As for actually putting him on a hand, its tough to do with no reads provided.

This. Just want to add that my standard sizing for leading this type of board texture would be a tad bigger in limped pots, I think 35-40 is better. But if you're multitabling then I think 30 > 60 so I think 30 is fine.
