Villain had previously limped 2nd in with Q :diamond:7
from CO, called a 4 BB raise by BU, hit middle pair on the flop, which was checked by all, called a turn bet from BU who had hit his A
which was the 2nd
on the board and he had a flush draw, and the hit 2nd 7 on the river.
Pretty much a "any two" player.
So with that in mind I think I made the following mistakes:
- I knew he might play a middle pair the way he did, as a hand like that was definitely in his range. So I misjudged.
- I couldn't let go of my Kings
- If played, I should've played for pot control and called rather than shove (all better hand call you, all weaker hands fold).
Can you please confirm ? ♦
