^^This is assuming you're buying $4,000 bonuses, which you can buy for 250,000 FPPs, it will take a bit more time at the start, because you're starting as Bronze star so you'll be getting less FPPs at the start
(Bronze: 1VPP = 1FPP, Silver: 1VPP=1.5FPP, Gold: 1VPP=2FPP, Platinum 1VPP=2.5FPP, Supernova: 1VPP=3.5FPP).
You will be able to buy them everytime you have 250,000 FPPs(you'll be able to get first one after 2-3 months)

VIP Stellar Rewards: $1200

These are given for reaching specific VPP milestones and you have to buy them for 1 FPP from VIP Store, last one will be awarded when you reach 100,000 VPPs.

Milestone Cash Credits: $11600

These are also VPP milestones, works same as Stellar rewards, you have to buy them from the store for 1 FPP after reaching specific total VPP count.

The VPP/hand numbers from FPPPro.com will be inaccurate now, because of recent changes from dealt to WC method, but the way bonuses are awarded didn't change. For FPPs, you don't need to buy cash bonuses, you can use them for other items from the store (tournament tickets would give best value, click here for more info)

basically, the best way to get "rakeback" is to wait to get 250.000 FPSs, and then take the 4.000 cash bonus?

I'm sorry, but it sounds kinda confusing to me... So until you get enough points to buy the 4.000 cash you basically don't get anything back besides the stellar awards?

$4,000 bonus gives you best rakeback($0.016/FPP. Tho, some tournament tickets have better value, but if you don't play tourneys, it's not the best option imo ). You can use your FPPs for whatever you want from PokerStars VIP Store, but pretty much everything has worse value than $4,000 bonus (ie. smaller $/FPP ratio).

Another way to get rakeback is playing FPP satellites where you can win Tournament Dollars(T$), which, depending on your skills, can be greater value than anything from the store

And yes, if you decide to save up FPPs for $4,000 bonus, you will not get any rakeback besides Stellar Rewards. You also need to have SuperNova VIP Status to be able to buy $4,000 bonus.

It is, thank you... So, which would be the second best bonus to aquire? I doubt i'll reach Supernova (altough who knows, i'm starting taking shots at 50NL), and i want to get the best value i can for the rough times
