Probably spend a few k on a nice car and holiday with friends and family. Then invest the rest in starting up a business somewhere, get the ball rolling.

Come on...buy a house with €60k? It costs at least ~€200k (maybe €150k for a small one) where I live to get a house (+all the interiors and stuff).

So my plans would be little smaller. Probably would buy me some stuff, go on a nice trip with my gf, invest/put in the bank the rest.
