situation 4 handed hero is sb hand doesnt matter but every time the program says difrent push ranges when the situation is the same. so i am wondering what this is and how do i understand it.
Can you give a couple of specific examples?
The push range depends on relative stack sizes -- :
if SB's stack is bigger than BB's stack, and there is a very short stack in UTG, then you can push any two (just as an example)
If SB's stack is smaller than BB's stack, and there is a very short stack in UTG, then SB must be much, much tighter, and BB can 3Bet very widely
If SB has a very short stack (1 or 2 BB) and UTG will be forced all-in on the next hand, SB should fold all but AA (and maybe even those)
Those are just off the top of my head without looking, but it gives the general idea.
Note that it is the stack sizes that matter more than the cards in such extreme cases.
