You know on the short hand chart, what does the blank squares actually mean. For example, if you had 99 in early position, what would you do? Does the blank mean a call?

Also I would like to know could you get rakeback from partypoker using the $50 you start with?
Blank means fold and partypoker doesn't allow affiliates to offer rakeback. And I'd limp 99 in early position but I'm a big stack NL player 
That depends on which SHC you mean. I presume the question must've been about the short stack strategy as that's the only reason you would never consider playing 99 from EP.
