Hey there.

I registered my partypoker account with the older ST150 offer a couple of months ago. I tried to take the quiz today but I got :

"Before you can take part in our $150 Quiz Challenge (you need to have a PartyPoker account which was registered with our bonus codes (S150)). Insert it when creating your PartyPoker Account and also add all required Data."

After reading some topics on here I found that my profile needs the required information, so I tried to add it, however, when I select "Save settings" it just kinda freezes and my profile does not get updated. My PartyPoker account is fine though.

Also, is the older ST150 offer still valid? Or do I need a new PartyPoker account? I haven't played for real money yet, I haven't made a deposit, and I didnt use any other bonus offers.

Help is much appreciated thanks!

Hi muditza,

Since i can not give a concrete hin i would suggest to write a ticket here.

Also tell them which details you want them to change.

i got the same think when i try to update my profile is freeze i cannot do nothing..i wanted to update my password but is not working..what is the problem?is the site problems???

I will definetly forward this.

But what you can do is to write a ticket to our support team. Also they can update your profile.

Although our support works 7 days a week they left our office quite soon today, but they will answer tomorrow.

Hey, I had the same problem using internet explorer. With firefox i COULD save the settings.

Hi, i talked to our IT and they told me that at the moment you can only update your profile with Firefox.

We are trying to change that as soon as possible but hey, Firefox is the best browser anyway, isn't it?

I'm not sure if its the most up-to-date version, there might be some updates by now. Anyway, FireFox worked fine, thanks alot for the help. I just hope that when I attempt the quiz again that I select the right one, I studied Fixed Limit but clicked No Limit by mistake...oops :rolleyes:
