hi , i ve downloaded and register to tigergaming trough this website. I did quite long ago, but i have only started playing lately.
i dont receive any strategy points, is it because i have waited lond time before doing the deposit??

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your TigerGaming username, the date when you joined and so on.
Mods and general forum users don't have access to account information, so if anyone can fix this, customer service can.
It may also be necessary to engage TigerGaming customer support.
