There's currently an issue with StrategyPoints for PokerStars since the 29th. We are aware of this and looking for a solution.

i told you guys, something wrong, because i know how much i play , but only 5 points on my pokerstrategy account .

Hey Alex,

You can open a new ticket by clicking at the "+ open a new ticket" at the very bottom of the support page.

However, when it's about the PokerStars SP, there no need to open a ticket as we dont have any news yet on the issue.

I myself plays on stars. In this month, it remained to zero for more than 10 days, and it became 5 one day, and remains as is.

I don't think both you and I have 5 points are just coincidence. Some process identified some accounts as "yes, it is connected and have some activity", and gave a token of 5 points, and later, hopefully catch up with the actual points, or else. That's what a programming staff working on some issue but without any ETA would do.

Oh gee...I can´t say how much I will miss my gold status

The 5 points have come from the hand discussion promotion that's still going on. It's actually possible to maintain the Silver status without being tracked if you post in hand discussion on 20 days in a month, though, of course, it would be much nicer to be getting points correctly for our play.

it seems more than me facing similary situation ,stuck in points from pokerstar, let's wait and see
