ICM Trainer suggests to push 78% hands with 32BB on bubble from SB vs 32BB Big blind.
Does the push in this case means all-in or just standart open ?

What was the stack dynamic on the table?
Otherwise it's tough to give good feedback on you're question.
If the BB has a stack of <10bb as 3th in chips you can sometimes even shove any 2 in the SB.

In the current scenario shoving 78% hands of the hands is +$ev, but in general I prefer to limp or raise with most of the hands. With those lines you can play more +$ev than with shoving I think. Especially if villain folds a lot if you raise like 3x from the SB.
