Spinning clockwise or counter-clockwise? Apparently this is different for everyone but if you try really hard you can see both 
If you have access to an old-style CRT monitor, and wear glasses, this one is cool.
Look at the monitor, and chew something crunchy.
The image on the monitor will jump around, but everything else stays stable.
If the monitor is further away, the effect is more noticeable.
This does not work with LCD or LED monitors.
it doesn't work if your wear contact lenses.

So, that spinning girl really did mess with me. I tried to see both ways. Could only see clockwise. Looked away for a bit, went back, and she was counterclockwise. I think she's possessed!

Not so.
With LSD the entire world jumps up and down, but the image on the monitor stays stationary.
could be both. depends on what part of her body focus your attention.
Tried to focus on her parts and it could change with attention.
I always depends on you where you think is her ankle during the halfround closer or farer from you
