they are hellagood quite easy to make too.
When I was in aussie I worked with this bogan and he thought they were actually a dessert (in NZ and australia we use the word pudding for any type of dessert). He ate them with jam and icecream and stuff. They'd still be pretty nice though
yeh its just pancake batter basically but baked and not fried so i bet they are great with ice cream i like them with everything i make sandwiches with them when i have roast dinner put some chicken, mash potato some stuffing in the middle cover it in gravy and boom

Even if the thread is a little surreal.
I'm going to make some tomorrow, and whole plate of them, sme gravy to dip in too. A weird snack? Maybe. BUT LOVELY, Yes?
