I guess a mod has already told you that in a support ticket, but let me remind that the EN community staking rules state that
Any member seeking a stake must have a minimum of 300 posts within the English Community
You can always count your number of posts specificially in the EN comm. by using this search query [i.e. simply searching for posts made for yourself in this forum after setting the language to English] and looking at the bottom where the page says 'Showing posts 1 to 40 of N results' (currently, your N=50<300). Note that spam posts (as determined at moderators' discretion) won't count.
