i think it's pretty obvious what is going on.
the problem is with the CO. when you have KK there and face any decision for your entire stack, FOLD! you just can't win on the CO

Saw some hands, do you always go broke with KK pre in zoom? Or most of the time?
I am asking because I get a feeling that from zoom NL25 and up regs vs regs rarely put in stacks with KK, I saw some 5bet/fold action. But maybe it's just me.

that's a pretty interesting question. i have already folded and just flatted KK preflop, but i think total of that was less than 10 times
now i have some thoughts on the matter but i want to ask some people around before saying something here.

Yeah I am saying this because from the last few months of zooming, I saw regs VERY rarely go broke w/ KK pre vs me. They either 5bet / fold, or flat 4bet and go broke postflop.
This made my AA's very frustrating pre. Sometimes people were 5betting, I was thinking "finally!", I shoved and they folded. I had to adjust and trap more w/ AA
This is just my experience, dunno if that's really the case, that's why I asked.
and about KK, me and my bro call them the Cursed Kings since I lose so much money with them it's funny. It's like my bro is watching me play, fish shoves 55 vs me and we already start laughing because we know the 5 is coming. And indeed it comes.
Overall, I have won more with JJ than KK.
well that's interesting. as for myself i think i didn't see a lot of 5bet/folding, hell not even a lot of 4bet/folding. also makes me wonder what was that 5bet sizing, or how deep stacks were

also... interestingly QQ was slightly better than KK for me, $249 in EV bucks and 385bb/100, and yeah i mostly also play it "more passively"
JJ has $189 and 233bb/100
yeah could be sample size issues, but still that's some pretty interesting data on zoom25 games.

my conclusion is that, specially when you are on early positions, you should not really expect to be ahead when shipping it with KK (!) since against regs you'll face AA more often than QQ, AK (i feel that most on FR25 don't even 3bet these vs fullring utg, don't blame them) and they don't bluff enough either.
so it comes down as to whether you think that they can ever have QQ, AK (or a bluff)... if you already saw them call utg raises with these hands, then they probably can't, but if you think that they CAN be shipping these then it should be a ship.
in any case i'd still ship it vs unknowns and on mp+. people preflop more aggressively on later positions (as we all know), so there is at least dead money and avoid A high flops
