My success in MTT/SNG with HAND2NOTE!

Hey guys - one more hand from yesterday's session:

Opp is reg who Cbets IP 56%, Turn 34%. Agression by streets 1.8-2-5

I believe opp CAPS himself by not Cbeting flop to weak Aces, underpairs and i dont believe he has gutshot + fl/dr type hands also in x back range.

So its an interesting decision from my point of view on river even we should play our fl/dr differently i believe.

Can you guys tell me what river actions do you see here and why!?

Do we shove river or give up?

I wonder what sizing each of you use here?

Opp opens 22% from MP and calls 3bets 45%.
His x/r stats in HAND2NOTE 3BP OOP looks like this:

So this info (folded 3 out of 7 times when x/r on flop in 3BP) let me to easy shove against his x/r on flop. Agree on preflop, could play either way - as call and as 3bet, but decided to 3bet as this is my weakest part of cold calling range so i mixed up here.

Opp stats: Opens from BTN 72%, F3Bet 33%, i have ~700 hands on opp.

Looking into 3BP floating stats will not give much info as there are just few samples:

Decided to play by x/c as there is not much cards on future streets which may scary us plus give opp possibility to make mistakes which ended up in pretty interesting line and river decision.

Here is a hand i think i played as bad as i can i yesterday's session. Give me your thoughts guys how you would play it out (also preflop).

There is merit of course by just flatting instead of 3betting but my latest thoughts are towards 3beting more as we will play in 3BP IP against mid range hands which call a lot and if opp showes we're way behind anyways. I think flop must be x back almost always as his range has all the Ts, KQ. Smaller pockets we will make folding on later streets. As Played out river is easy fold i believe!?

Hi,

a bit different discussion regarding defending on BB. I had an interesting hand where i decided to x/r flop on quiet a dry board and wanted to discuss this situation as I would love to hear your strategies and thoughts about x/r flops/turns and how would you construct your x/call range + x/r ranges (if any) in given situation.

As you can see, his Raise First In is 33% from CO and CBET on flop is 53% on 1.4k hand sample.

30$ MTT on Sunday, 4 left.

All ops good regs, 3bb stack has just lost an all in in previous hand and shoves 3bb all in. SB is pretty solid player with decent aggression, has been shoved into my BB for last few orbits.

Here is one of most funny hands i played today. Decided to go for double x/r as he has shown super aggression in previous hands, of course i didnt expected him to fold on turn but it was even sweeter for me :-)

Opp is nit, x/r turn = 0% with decent sample size.
Just can't see hands we beat here as most fl/dr he would x/r flop (if at all).

Opp stats: RFI 19% from EP, F3Bet = 20% on 440hand sample

I think its a mistake preflop but apart from that how whould you play your hand in such deep stacks!?

Opp is standard reg, i have only 1.1k hands on him and its his first 4bet in such positions, might 4bet bluff due to my big 3bet % from BN (~13%).

How we can play any different here to win this hand!?

you only put yourself in a bad situation post flop. especially vs a reg and 80 ish stack.
