I think we will request that Pokerstrategy maintains the status everyone had before. At least I will request that. Doesn't seem that any progress is made during this month.

Sorry for the inconvenience around this. We really hoped we had a working solution by this time, but sadly this is not yet the case.
We hope to have a final solution by the end of the week, and StrategyPoints will again be assigned as usual on a daily basis.

In the meanwhile however, we are looking into a solution for everyone to retain the status they had last month. This will be done still today or tomorrow.
So if you were active on Stars on May, you will keep your status until the StrategyPoints reporting is back on track. Of course, if you earned a higher status in June by playing on a different room, you will have the higher status.

Same issue here with Pokerstars.

Went from silver to bronze now. Hopefully it will be fixed soon since I would like to see more videos...

We have upgraded all the statusses now for all players who dropped to a lower status than they had last month.

Once the daily StrategyPoints are back up and working, we will update you here!

Now that i have seen this thread i think that i have reached the 100 points via hand discussion, but some points seem to be missing.
Can you guys confirm this for me please?

as it has been already 6 weeks since the problem appeared and still no solution, it seems to be a major problem.

Stars probably doesn't want to pay them anymore

We dont have an update yet, sadly it seemed to be a bigger problem indeed and the initial fix caused some issues.
As soon as we have a working solution i will let you know here when we can expect the daily StrategyPoints again.

Hi as a Belgian player I'm limited in choices for poker rooms. So I really only play on pokerstars. Took a long break, wanna get back into it now but I can't get to gold status anymore. I paid for silver this month since I wanted some info to get started again... But gold status is too expensive to buy. Is there anyway I can still grind my way to gold status...

As a longtime member I would be disappointed if not possible...

Unibet.be might be a good alternative for players from Belgium, as you earn 4 StrategyPoints per €1 rake there.

Plus once your volume is in the gold range, you are also in range of our Monthly €10.000 Rake Race there.

I only can play on stars ( sit and go's ) Can't access silver video's then ?
Do i manually need to mail Pokerstrategy support every month for my status ?

If your PokerStars account is tracked, you will get StrategyPoints for your status. However, currently there is an issue in the reporting from PokerStars. Once this is resolved, points will come in on a daily basis again. Hopefully this will be resolved before the end of the month.

It's tracked, only i can't see when i'm nearly to silver status.
If i hit silver, it will give me the badge i assume ?
