This guide will help you if you are new to any of the possible responsibilities in our pokerschool team, or just want to refresh your memory on some of the topics.
Videos:
When making videos, it is your goal to get the viewers interested in watching your entire videos, feeling both entertained and educated afterwards. To help you with this, please read the guides The Golden Rules of video production and the Step by Step Video Production guide
We recommend using Camtasia for recording your videos. If you are not familiar with this software yet, please see our Camtasia Guide. It includes everything you need to know to make your recording.
After the recording, you might want to add an intro, put together different video recordings or do other post production like improving audio quality. Tips and tricks for this can be find in the second post of the camtasia guide: How to post edit your video
When you are done with recording and post production, all you have to give the video a correct filename and upload it to our server. Please also provide us with a good description of the video, and make sure to monitor your comments once the video is released. All of this can be found in the following guide. Packing & Video upload

Live-Coachings:
The main difference between a Live-Coaching is the fact that you can interact with your students. Read the How to make a great Live Coaching for a good overview of the most important things to think about when doing live coachings.
It is important that you always have your coaching thread up to date, and that you answer to questions there. It is also recommended that you post discussions yourself, or announce the topics or promote tonight's coaching. Have a look at our Example Coaching Thread
Your goal is to get as many people interested in and attending to your coaching. Learn How to make Live-Coachings well attended.
For your live coachings, you will generally use our coaching player. This player will allow the members to hear your voice, and they can write questions in the chat. For an overview of all settings and options, have a look at the guide about The Coaching Player
Strategy forums and hand discussion:
If you are active in the Strategy forums and hand discussions, you have an example role on the forum. You have to be aware that members will put a lot of trust and respect in what you say or do. Because of this, it is important that you always write professionally and constructive. Read through the The Golden Rules of forum discussions to get a good overview of what you should and shouldn't do on the strategy forums.
