NL4 6max - KK 4b/A high flop and turn decision?

flop is a bet, i would half pot. if u r called u need to be able to lay down later unless turn set

I can't agree with 4betting instantly all-in while we are 100BB deep. What is the reason for a 100BB ship? Of course, I am not folding KK here versus 5bet-ship but 4bet-ship is, imho, an overkill here.

Doesn't try once on a flop and give up on turn is too leakish here? If I decide to bluff without having a proper assumption for fold equity, wouldn't a straight check behind on flop be a better option?

I would bet on flop here. There are 2 spades on flop and you don't want to give him cheap turn. If he re-raises you that should be easy fold, I definitely prefer c-bet on flop here more than check.

Fold on turn was well played, he made a big bet and your only move here is fold.

Then I have to fire up 2nd barrel on turn after a cbet on flop, if no spade nor broadway action killer comes on turn? I still can assume that the villain is on draw and has a weaker hand, suggesting I am protecting my hand on flop (even with villain's call there)?
Otherwise, as Superbrain suggested, fire one cbet and give up turn = leakish game, imho. I instantly give up and give an opponent a good chance to bluff me off on river.

my point being you are likely to be ahead preflop hence the corresponding action. it also helps to build a loose image and makes you harder to read

flop is draw heavy and you should not be giving any free card at all.
