I've got this 2 guys referred by me to pokerstrategy, passed the test, entered their poker account but didn't get their starting capital. Why is this so? (I don't know them personally, they used some of my links on the web)

most dont like to send their ID's, or do something wrong in the process.
out of like 15 people, only 1 has received starting capital!
