Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Hand abspielen

$0.5/$1 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q:c, Q:s.
4 folds, SB raises, Hero 3-Bets, SB caps, Hero calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 5:c, 2:c, J:c (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB 3-Bets, Hero caps, SB calls.

Turn: (8 BB) 7:s (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

River: (10 BB) 4:s (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Villain is 71/36/1.4AF on a small sample, haven't seen him go crazy though.
I do see him calling AK with a club on the river if i raise, but i wouldn't like calling a 3bet also i wouldn't like raise/folding the river (this is a bad play in 99.9%).
Do you raise the turn? It's very thin imo turning the hand into a bluffcatcher if he decides to 3bet, and even his bluffs might have 3-12+ outs.

Well after this action on the flop, calldown is good. You can't be sure what he has or what will he 3-bet on river. Call the river make a note for the future.

I'd call the flop and raise the turn instead of raising the flop immediately.

As played I wouldn't raise the turn. If you didn't see him making unreasonable moves or overplaying hands, you're beat too often. The only reasonable hand you beat is AJ, sometimes KJs.

Hi hova,

as it was capped preflop I like call flop, raise turn here more as well. Else I don't mind raising the flop to induce a 3-bet on this flop as he will 3-bet pretty light so you can raise the turn again.
A flopcap in position is often bad but if you don't want to raise the turn anymore I like it as well.
