Villain is new to my table, but I did play a bit with him a few tables ago. He was on the looser side. But just your random $2 donkament unknown. no special reads. his aggression was above average (definitely not a passive player).
My read on him being aggressive made me c/c the flop rather than b/f with my 2PTK and BDNFD. I think this is the best flop line because I think hes probably going to ship a lot of draws over my cbet and its going to be a really tough bet/call on the flop without some stronger reads.
Against the 40% turn bet I put him on quite a weak range. I have 2 options, I can c/c turn and c/c river, But i think hes going to check behind pretty much every river with his weak Tx/4x/5x/99/88 etc and I lose 1 street of value. Also If i hit my NFD its going to be VERY hard to get river value, I cant c/c c/c then lead river my hand is so face up, and hes checking behind so often.
I figure I would c/shove the turn to get him to fold his weak Kx and maybe even some weak 2 pairs. Although I might be losing value against his Qs,Js combos that would always vbet river when the spade hits.
I think I probably should have just c/c the turn and c/re-eval the river. Opinions?
