I'm not sure what the potsize is (please use a converter ^^,) but bet ~pot on flop, 1/2-2/3 pot on turn, and c/c river

i like calling preflop, because he will
call your raise with QJo and you will have
problems playing with overcards on the board.

why check/fold the turn? it's quite unlikely he hit a king and we still beat 55, 66, 88,99, A7s,...

Against a player with such a low pfr but a high WTSD I would normally just call. You're creating a big pot OOP with a vulnerable pair against a calling station. Overcards will appear most of the time which makes your hand very difficult to play.

Aggression stats would be useful. Assuming we have a typical fish (high VPIP, low AF, high WTS), I'd play bet/fold any street. I value bet as I am often ahead and he will call me with weaker hands. If he shows aggression, he typically has beat TP and I can safely fold.
