Block bet/fold against passive players, check/call against aggressive players.

Thanks that's what I thought. But against an unknown, is it better to c/c or b/f? Since I have no stats I know only the regulars

Well, given the stack size, I don't like folding: he only has 45$ left - the size of a river bet... Hence, I shove all-in hoping for a call from an ace.
