8 game plo round, SB was quite loose aggressive but somewhat passive during omaha round, BB was very aggro in plo repotting preflop several times especially in position. Both were tough players who had been giving me headaches all session.

Obv my hand wasnt that great but too good to fold on the button, is it a fold preflop when i get 3bet and im not last to act? What about on the flop, it didnt look like it hit his range very hard but when im not closing the action and I dont like my hand that much is it ok to just give up on the flop or was that play too weak?

You should 4 bet preflop to $84, this leaves you with $78 for the flop where you can shove 100% of hands as you only need 25% equity at that point. When you have garbage aces in PLO you are looking to do one of two things:
Either not give away your hand
Or get 40% of your stack in preflop allowing you to shove 100% of flops profitably.

Your opponent allowed you to do option 2, you should have taken it.

As played this flop is a good one for your hand since it is relatively blank, and you have a gutshot straight plus two aces. I would be happy putting the money in the middle on this flop. You could well be ahead here with your opponent holding Txxx wrap or KKxx with hearts.
