i struggle myself with these spots, from what i have played, not a lot of such fish 3 barrel here air, no such a dry board, so my line would be to fold the river. Tho i'm sure the coaches will say that we have to call river without reads 
Nice hand. Fishes often bluffdonk these paired boards, you also beat 65. Often they donkbet and bet all the way with stuff like AT on these boards, don't know why. I would never fold this against this guy, and raising is kinda stupid as you want to let him bluff.

All the draws bricked and you have pretty much the nut bluffcatcher vs a heavily polarised range on the river vs a weak passive fish preflop who turns into a nutjob postflop
Can't really see how you can play this any other way unless you have a read so tight on youropponent you can practically see his cards.
