dou you think it is possible to 'program' a BF calculator into ICM explorer, so that you type in stacksizes and payoutstructure and get a table of BFs of the players against each other.

Isn't that the risk premium. You get that from the tie factor chart?
Tie Factors:

My program ICM Explorer has a "Tie Factor" button which is quite similar. That tells you how valuable a tie is compared with a win. When you are risk-averse, a tie is closer to a win than a loss. For example, here is the output for a 50-30-20 structure with stacks of 4k, 3k, 2k, and 1k and no blinds:
Tie Factors:
------ 4000 3000 2000 1000
4000 ------ 63.1 56.7 52.9
3000 72.9 ------ 59.7 53.7
2000 70.2 68.5 ------ 54.1
1000 61.1 59.6 56.5 ------
These values also show how much equity each player wants to call all-in against each other stack with no blinds, e.g., the second stack needs 72.9% equity to get all-in against the chip leader.
I posted at about the same time as elhh82. Anyway, there have been a couple of requests about the bubble factor. I prefer to work with the risk premium, which is close to the difference between the tie factor and 50%. The risk premium has the advantage that the calculations are simple. I'll consider adding the bubble factor if it is as accurate as the risk premium in some tests.

are the payout structures for Double or Nothing, 6-max, and final tables of MTTs predefined if I purchase ICM Explorer or will I be able to adjust them to any structure I am interested in?
I have one more question concerning ICM Explorer.
I dont really get what you are computing in the "Steal or induce" section.
Can you elaborate about your thoughts behind this calculation?
The example gives the following numbers:
Equity before hand: 0,3362
Equity of a steal: 0,3466
Failed steal, win: 0,4111
Failed steal, lose: 0,2511
Ties are worth 53,17% of a win.
Equity vs. marginal resteals needed to induce action: 59,67%
The first three Equitys are clear. But I am not able to get the 25,11% Equity for the case, when the steal went wrong.
Is it correct that SB pushes and BB calls and wins the pot in this case?
This gives SB an equity of 24,31%
Where is my mistake?

Right now I don't accept payment on PokerStars since I can't cash out from there any more.
If PayPal isn't convenient you can also send a check, but you will have to e-mail me for contact details.
I don't have a MoneyBookers account. I know that there are some services which let you pay from one electronic wallet to another for a small fee, and you might look into that.
