Is this a clear fold?

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BB with Q♦ Q♥
3 folds, SB raises to $0.07, Hero raises to $0.15, SB raises to $0.40, Hero...?

In my opinion this is a clear fold since I don't think he's representing anything else but KK or AA in this spot since he only raised to 0.4$ and did not shove all in. What do you guys think? What would you do in this spot if he 4bet shoved instead of this simple 4bet?

P.S. this was the first hand on that table so no stats

Your raise should be bigger ($0,21) and QQ is a very strong hand I always shove here. There are only 2 hands that you're behind.

yeh there are only 2 hands that i'm behind but those 2 hands are his entire range. The one other hand i might include is AKs but still people dont usually 4bet with it

Why do you put him only on KK+ if you have no stats? Saw people 4bet with 99+ and AT+ (and worse). Villain is also deepstacked so I didn't put him on such a tight range.

Yeah you need stats to say he's only got KK+. I would just shove against any unknown, especially since he's in the SB.

And your 3 bet needs to be at least $0.21

Hello rap1dw1n3r,

Why do you raise so small? And afterwards while it's BvB I wouldn't be folding here, most likely just play for the stacks. He may easily come up with a lot worse PPs as well.
