Yep, rise the flop for sure.
On this flop he can donk with top pair, maybe even with mid pair with an attepmt to scare you with a flush. Also he can ba on a flush or straight draw.
Actually, the probability that on a 1 color flop one of your opponents have a flush is rather low (if I recall it right, someone said that it's about 6% or so...), and in a heads-up situation you can almost ignore it (of course, if villain is showing much aggression you should switch to calldown)

i don´t really like this "raise turn/fold to 3-bet" stuff on the mico limits.
the question is if we still want to raise the turn if we are not willing to fold to a 3-bet... i tend to raise/calldown but maybe i´m influenced by the results

Nope. Raise/calldown on the higher limits and raise/fold on the lower. If you don't want to fold then just calldown. The J isn't the best card.
