I've seen this in the past too. Chasing bonuses sometimes de-rails you mentally from playing your A game. It has certainly happened in the past to me.

I've been practising a lot lately in ICM trainer and whilst getting 97-99% on average as soon as I hit the virtual felt my luck deserts me.

Gotta hang on in there and maybe once you've achieved your bonus take a little time away and recharge yourself mentally.

I did seemingly impossible achievement of raking 215$ with 130$ BR.
Now I got a cool ~1650$ on my account.

I'm making my BRM more strict of, let's say, 200 BIs or more. I'd have to play 5s, but I don't care.
This is the last time I'm stressing about these, seemingly impossible swings.

As well I'm never playing DoNs on iPoker ever again (this time seriously). I'd rather play Hypers which are, because of these DoN idiots, less of a gamble.

Reg's calling range for a bubble steal is Ax, KT, K8s etc. you got the picture. Even if he ends up crippled and he got no need to call.

And how is anyone without a real hand supposed to play post flop against these morons?
He got a gutshot? Call.
K high? Call.
Winning player with flush draw? Call or Push.
3rd pair? Call and Hit 2 pair.

The day when I started this thread I lost 700$ playing 10s and some 20s DoNs. Can you imagine that? Being far in front so often and losing this much.

Running into aces with really good hands.

Why are you complaining about playing against calling stations who call with anything?

You value bet your top pairs and they call down light. In the end, you make profit. Where's the complaint in that?

Well I didn't go into detail, but their usual line is call, call, push or call, push.
And they do that 80% of the time, as well a dangerous card comes on turn or river 90% of the time. But even if I feel they are bluffing and my pair is good, I can't call in a DoN.

What did they call preflop with, when they call with hands ranging from 74s to AKs? What did they call the flop with? Was it a top pair, a flush draw, a gut-shot, 3rd pair, nothing? I can't conclude anything when they have the same line most of the time. I can't conclude whether they are bluffing or not and the risk is not worth it.

If this was regular SnG I'd call more often. But more often then not, I have to fold and my 1 pair simply isn't enough.

EDIT: I just saw you're a cash player. Are you comparing DoNs with a cash game?
