Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K:h, K:d.
MP3 calls, CO folds, BU calls, SB folds, Hero raises, MP3 calls, BU calls.

Flop: (6.4 SB) 7:d, T:s, 9:h (3 players)
Hero bets, MP3 calls, BU calls.

Turn: (4.7 BB) 2:s (3 players)
Hero bets, MP3 calls, BU folds.

River: (6.7 BB) 8:d (2 players)
Hero bets, MP3 raises, Hero folds, MP3 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: 7.7 BB.

I choose to bet river because he seemed like fish who could still call with worse pair.

I think it's ok to fold in that spot. I guess i've called too much there but as you could also well have KJ JJ a set or overpair or a strong hand, i don't think you'll be often raised by worse hands. And if you had a read that he's not a tilty maniac and plays reasonable, fold is fine. :)
