Calldown vs turn check raise

This guy is way too maniac to consider folding with middle pair. too many draws possible and maybe he does even raise with a worse Tx. Against him, though you just have 49 hands, it's a nobrainer calldown. Very unlikely that you can raise almost 50% of your hands after 49 hands.

I think it's ok to call down. The 8 on the turn doesn't change a lot to the board, so it's a slowplay with a Kx Tx, or a semibluff with Axs or SC? Perhaps even a stonecold bluff.
A 3-bet on the Turn or raise on the River would isolate you against better hands, so imo just calldown.

3bet is useless as when he does have a draw, you won't gain more unless he decides to cap but that's just too speculative but in case he does have trips, he certainly caps almost 100% of the time and you don't get off that hand though. So bet/calldown is the best way.

And if you'd consider 3betting the turn, you should have at least AT as you beat JT and QT but your kicker is even too low for such a speculative valueplay.
