What range do you put BB on when he calls $20 cold preflop?

I would think something along the lines of AK,QQ+ at the tightest to AQ+,99+,KQs at the loosest. Against either of these range you can not value bet the flop. So I think your flop bet is a poor one.

When he raises flop he might have AQ AK KQ as a semibluffs, but I think that is unlikely. I don't think he would raise JJ or TT, but I think he might raise raise small with AA to make you put more money in with your AK/QQ+/other draws.

Given he might have AQ/AK/KQ, you have 2 outs vs AA, and the odds are great with his small raise, I think you can make a loose call against his raise. I think just folding is better though.

3betting on the flop serves no purpose.. you are flipping with his unlikely draws and are crushed by all his value hands. There is no reason to put extra money in on the flop.
