Villain was 23/15 with 19% 3bet. He seemed to have at least some kind of clue so I decided to float him because this board doesnt really hit his range (?)

The raise preflop is a little loose, AQ77 is a very poor opening hand and you should definitely be folding to the 3 bet preflop.

Having position isn't good enough here because you don't have many ways to improve past the flop. This means too many times you are going to be folding the flop to a cbet which in turn makes your call preflop unprofitable.

You're choosing to play your position and your opponent rather than the cards, which I don't believe works that well at these stakes.
